When you register for maternity care with Atención Maternal, I reserve time and capacity specifically for your postpartum period. Because I offer small-scale and personal care, a cancellation has a direct impact on my planning. Therefore, I apply clear cancellation conditions.

  Within 14 days of registration (Statutory cooling-off period):You can cancel your registration free of charge, unless care has already started.

  After the 14-day statutory cooling-off period:For cancellations outside the statutory cooling-off period, a fixed fee of € 1500 will be charged.

  Medical cancellation:In the event of a demonstrable medical necessity (such as loss), the fee will be completely waived.

The above cancellation costs do not apply in the event of unforeseen medical complications where maternity care at home is no longer possible (e.g., prolonged hospitalization of mother and/or child or the tragic loss of the baby). In such situations, I ask you to inform me as soon as possible.

A cancellation must always be reported in writing (by e-mail) via Info@kraamzorgspanje.nl. The date of receipt of your e-mail counts as the cancellation date.
